Russian Salad

Russian Salad is also called American Salad in Turkey.  But in fact there is no correlation between US and American Salad.

Ingredients

• 1 cup peas
• 1 potato
• 2 carrots
• 4-5 gherkin pickles
• 5 Tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

1.  Peal the carrots and boil them with the peas until vegetables are soft.  Boil the potato until fork tender, then peel the skin. 

2.  Cut potato,pickles and carrots into dice shape.  Put them in a large bowl.  Add peas and mayonnaise.  Mix them all and its ready to serve.
