Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp crumbled bread
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili or tomato paste
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 lemon (juice)
Directions
1. Roast bell peppers. Remove skn and seeds.
2. In a food processor mix all the ingredients. Chill for two hours. Ready to serve. You can either use this as dip sauce or spread the mixture over bread slices.
